Q: What Model of DELL servers are available for new designs?
A. All PowerEdge servers can have their bezels customised with your corporate image:
R230 – R330 – R430 – R630 (These are 1u servers 13th Generation 13g)
R530 – R730 (These are 2u servers 13th Generation 13g)

Q. Are 13g bezels and 14g compatible?
A. Unfortunately not, as they have different fittings and will not interchange.
Q. Do 13g bezels and 14g bezels have the same design format?
No – Due to the unique design of the 14g Bezels perforated (full of holes) singles solid pantone colours will work best.
Q. Are 14g Bezels and 15g Bezels Compatible?
A. Yes 14g and 15g Bezels are the same.
Q. How do we create a new design for our DELL OEM servers?
The custom bezels usually comprise a vinyl skin or printed pantone colour and a badge, and there are several ways to create a design with your corporate logo or design:
1. Take an existing corporate design and incorporate it into the design on the bezel.
2. Ask a graphic designer to create a design for you.
3. Ask TLS to provide some suggestions.

Q. What do you need for the badge?
In order to produce your custom server bezel, you’ll need to provide a high resolution graphic in any format (jpg, png, pdf, eps, ai, etc) and the background colour pantone reference.
Q. What sizes/shape are the bezel badges?
AA. We can accommodate special shapes as well as standard:

Q. Do you have templates we can follow to create our own bezel design?
A. Yes – you can download the templates here.

We cut the shape from the complete rectangle – so when designing your bezel please create the image across the whole rectangle and we will cut it to size from there.

Q. Do we need a badge or can we just have a flat bezel with the skin only?
A.TLS have developed a method where both 1u and 2u bezels can be produced with a ‘no badge’ option.

Q: We have specific colours that we must use for our corporate identity, can you help?
A. For printing purposes a Pantone reference is used. If you have other print colour references that we can match, then please let us know.
Q: Can you match a colour sample if we send it to you?
A. Yes – if you send us a sample we’ll match it as closely as possible and send you a sample print for comparison.
Q: We have DELL bezels already installed on our servers - can we still get them printed?
A. Yes – we have an exchange service where you can send us your bezels and we’ll print them for you. Please contact us for details.
Q: We would like a sample of our customised bezel design – how much does this cost?
A: We provide this service free of charge. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Q: How long does it take for a custom bezel to be manufactured?
A. The custom bezels are produced within 10 working days.
Q. We’d like to purchase our custom bezels direct from TLS - is this possible?
A. Yes DELL is happy for you to purchase the bezels from DELL, directly or through a reseller.
Q. What locations do you supply the custom bezels to?
A. We export the custom bezels and badges worldwide..
Q. Do you supply badges for other DELL servers?
A. Yes we supply badges for the Optiplex and Power Edge ranges and the latest Gateway Series.
Q. What other products do TLS supply?
